INTRO TO YOGA

A 6-Week Beginner yoga series. Semi-private with Max of 4 students per series.

In these classes you will learn:

  • Intro Guided Meditation

  • Basic Yoga Poses

  • Basic Breathwork Techniques

  • How To Use Props

  • Intro to Vinyasa

The first 4 classes will be "workshop" and not a consistent flow as you would do in a traditional class. The last two classes we will add everything we learned together.

You also get access to:

  • 2 Recorded Meditations

  • 2 Recorded Breathwork Sessions

  • 2 Body Exploration Journals
