YOGA TO RENEW

8-Week yoga series. Semi-private with max 6 students per series.

In these classes you will learn:

  • Somatic Exercises to Calm the Nervous System.

  • Restorative Yoga Poses to Relax + Unwind.

  • Breath Work to Activate + Calm.

  • Mindfulness Exercises to Reduce Stress.

Classes are offered twice a week for 8 weeks to build consistency and help increase flexibility, strength and help regulate your nervous system.

You will also receive:

  • Selfcare Toolkit Vault

  • Recorded EFT + Somatic Demos

  • Recorded Body Scan and Morning Yoga Routine
